ToDo List
- Heat water
- Add salts
- Weigh the malt
- Weigh the hops
- Crush the malt
- Check that the water is around 70 degrees
- Mash in (mix water and malt)
- Start timer for 60 min
- Start recirculation (ensure wort is clear/not cloudy)
- Add lactic acid to sparge water (1 tsp for 20 liters)
- Sparge (collect wort for boiling)
- Heat wort to boil, skim off
- Start timer and boil for 60 min
- Add hops, boil for 60 min to get bitterness
- After boil. Whirlpool, wait until it stops
- Cool the wort
- Add the yeast
- Ferment for about 2 weeks
